Step 1. Schedule an Appointment
Prior to placing your order, you must first schedule a refill appointment through our scheduling system. You may do so online through the button below or by phone at 203-488-1388.
Step 2. Place Your Order
To make ordering your medication as convenient as possible, we offer two ordering options:
1. Place your order up to 24 hours prior to your appointment by clicking below.
2. Place your order once you arrive for your appointment using the kiosk in our waiting room.
CAREGIVERS:
Please use the patient’s name for whom you are a caregiver when ordering
Step 3. Pick Up Your Medication
Arrive at your appointment and your medication will be ready for payment and pick up.
